"We interviewed three realtors. All had their advantages, but Lauren Murdock promised us concierge service and concierge service, we received. You see, it was an emotional sale for us. My husband and I were in the house for 42+ years. Lauren was key to the sale of our Porter Ranch home. She asked the right questions about our 19-year home and so then had the proper answers for buyers interested in our home. We had so many offers thanks to her blitz advertising that she needed to make a offer spreadsheet. Negotiations went well and we had seven offers far over our asking price.
